and Mike Wilkinson welcome you to Chislet Court, the listed Queen Anne farmhouse
of
our working 800 acre arable farm. Set in mature attractive gardens, the
farm is situated in the small peaceful village of Chislet, six miles to the
North East of Canterbury,
and is an ideal centre for exploring Kent.
We have two spacious double en-suite guestrooms with bath and
shower, both
south-facing, overlooking the garden and the church. Each room has
a flat screen TV with DVD player,
tea/coffee making facilities etc.
Breakfast is served in the conservatory, and there are a wide range of
pubs and
restaurants in the area where evening meals can be taken.
Please note we are a no smoking establishment and do not accept children.
£80
per night for double occupancy, £50 per night single.
We accept cheques
and/or cash, but are not able to take credit cards.

From London & the Airports
Take the M2 motorway, and when it finishes continue along the A299 dual carriageway
towards Margate
for about 12 miles (do not take the A2 to Canterbury). Pass the Whitstable
and Herne Bay turnings,
and two exits past the Canterbury/Herne Bay junction you will see CHISLET
signed off the dual carriageway.
Follow the signs to Chislet, going back over the dual carriageway, and taking
the
second left (just past a large white house). Follow the road through Boyden
Gate, past the Gate Inn pub, and on for
another mile, until you reach the village of Chislet. We are the farm on the
left just before you reach the church.
The house is set back from the road, with pale blue shutters.
From
Canterbury
Take the A28 towards Margate until you reach the village of Upstreet. Turn
left just past the Post Office, to Chislet.
Follow the road for about a mile and we are the farm just past the church
on the right hand side.
